If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, as we try to reduce waste by reusing packaging where possible.

We use DSV Couriers to send our domestic orders. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days. International orders are sent via DHL and estimated delivery is to be confirmed upon quotation.

Currently, all of our handbags include free shipping within South Africa. Other products will be shipped at an additional cost of R75.
